John diagnosed the problem we had with our blocked drains immediately, and skillfully fixed it in record time. His price was much more discounted than all the other plumbers I had previously called and asked for quotes. There’s no doubt he will be my go to plumber in the future. Very happy with his service and am already recommending him to family and friends.

We had seriously blocked drains at our house in Bethania. We couldn’t use our toilet or have a shower without the overflow water running all over our concrete outside the back door. It really was an awful mess. We looked up Trulocal and chose John from Pipe and drain Tech. We are so glad we did. It was a huge job to clear the blocked drains, and John and his team did a very professional and excellent job. We would not hesitate to recommend John to unblock any drains. Thank you John.

Normally I don't do reviews but a big thanks to John for clearing a blocked sewer on a Saturday afternoon. Turned up when he said he would, explained what he was doing, was clear about the price (which was very fair for an after hours call out) and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommended.

John was able to unblock our shower drain I thought was hopeless. A previous plumber gave up on it after admitting he didn't have the right tools for it. Another company refused to even have a look at it thinking it was impossible. I wish I had found John sooner. He is truly an expert who knows what he is doing. He does not only fix but also explains how and why. Because he has the wisdom and the right tools, I believe him when he said if he can't do it, nobody can.

Wow!! If I could give 10 stars I would ... you just don't get old-fashioned quality service with a smile these days like John and his team give. We had a problem with stormwater collecting around the house so John came up with a design to redirect the water into a new stormwater system. At all times John was excellent at his trade, fantastic communications, punctual, tidy, and went above and beyond to deal with new issues as they arose, all with that wonderful smile on his face that gives such confidence.
