John was able to unblock our shower drain I thought was hopeless. A previous plumber gave up on it after admitting he didn't have the right tools for it. Another company refused to even have a look at it thinking it was impossible. I wish I had found John sooner. He is truly an expert who knows what he is doing. We had a problem with stormwater collecting around the house so John came up with a design to redirect the water into a new stormwater system.
